What are people saying about Human Libraries?
I got a new perspective on something I hadn’t given much thought and realised how society can be cruel. It taught me that awareness is the key and that I want to be more aware!
I do not have any Muslim friends and I have looked for an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about their individual experiences. I got answers to many of my “silly little questions” and I feel I know more about a subject.
It is worth doing because you can ask questions to learn in-depth information and to develop understanding.
Loved the chance to engage in a respectful way and ask questions. Very interesting – I learnt so much!

Ayesha displays initiative in thinking outside the box. She is confident and not afraid to do what she believes in. I realise with my full sight, I haven’t really been looking. I will not be scared and do more.
